At Shelter Institute, we stand behind the quality of our woodworking and timber framing tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused tools in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our Woolwich, Maine facility using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned tools to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
