Barr Slick 5 inch sole
Barr's version of the "Slick" does justice to the venerable art and craft of timber framing. This heavy, well-made tool looks good and cuts extremely well. It has a 5-inch sole. Barr makes a bigger version of this tool, but this one is already bigger and heavier than our favorite Japanese Slick. This is a tool recommended in our Purely Post & Beam Class.
